The world began to open back up in the first 3 months of 2021, and during so, music served as a breath of fresh air and renewed hope. Whether it was a British pop star singing about newfound love, or an R&B songstress crying her heart out on an emotional ballad, people found solace in music.

The top 10 most audio streamed songs of Q1 accumulated over 7.3 BILLION audio streams combined. The list is diverse, with 4 songs by female artists, 3 of which are solo.

The most streamed song was none other than reigning alt-pop princess Billie Eilish's "heather", racking in over 1 BILLION audio streams, making it the only song to do so.

As the weather warmed up and the world returned to normalcy, from April to June, our favourite songs were there as the best possible companion. It did not matter if it were bangers reminding us how "bossy" and "juicy" we are, or country ballads about falling in love, Flux listeners chose the songs that they connected to the most.

The top 10 most audio streamed songs of Q2 accumulated over 7.6 BILLION audio streams combined, marking a 3.8% increase from Q1.

The honour of most streamed song went to a collaboration between some of today's top rappers; "For The Night" by Pop Smoke featuring Lil Baby and Tyga. The mega-hit racked in over 1 BILLION audio streams.
